Edith is a member of the Employment EG. She advises (mainly) employers on a wide range of employment issues with a focus on the abovenmentioned topics. Edith also advises on the day-to-day labour law issues like individual and collective dismissals, reorganisations, all aspects regarding sickness of employees and collective labour agreements. Edith publishes on a regular basis articles, mainly in the field of international employment law. Furthermore she has written several books on the Foreign Nationals Act (wet arbeid vreemdelingen), the act on the hiring of employees (Waadi) and the act on the posting of employees within the EU (WagwEU). She has a PHD degree on European labour law.
