Albert Heeling, tax adviser, is a member of the Transactional Tax team and the Multinationals Tax team in our Rotterdam office.
He specialises in Dutch corporate tax and withholding tax as well as tax aspects related to national and international (re)structuring, mergers and acquisitions and international projects, as well as complex due diligence projects.
From 1996 through to 1999, Albert has worked at the Singapore office, mainly in the area of Asian tax planning.
