Anne Remmers, attorney at law, is an associate in the Financial Markets & Products practice group in our Amsterdam office. She focuses on capital markets transactions and supervision of the financial markets.
Anne specialises in the laws and regulations regarding the supervision of financial undertakings and financial markets. She advises a wide range of financial institutions, amongst others trust offices, payment institutions, investment firms and issuers of securities. Her experience include assisting in license applications, advising on ongoing compliance matters with a focus on the 4th / 5th AML directive, drafting and assisting in M&A transactions involving financial undertakings and capital market transactions.
In the first half of 2023, Anne was based in the Loyens & Loeff’s Zurich office.
