Freek also has great expertise in the set-up of management/employee participation schemes. He has experience in advising on the (re)structuring of private equity and investment funds and Freek advises corporations in respect of corporate governance aspects.
His clients include both national and international private equity and buyout funds, investment funds, venture capital funds and (inter)national corporations. He is a member of the Royal Dutch Association for Civil Law Notaries.
