Nanne is part of our Energy and Regulatory and Criminal Enforcement teams. He advises and litigates on a broad range of complex environmental, energy transition, and product regulatory matters. Nanne is well-versed in both the Dutch and European law aspects of these topics. He works in close collaboration with clients in the chemical, energy and industrial sectors. Due to his involvement in both transactional and litigatory matters, Nanne is able to identify and evaluate environmental liabilities and help develop practical, creative and commercial solutions for permitting and compliance challenges.

Nanne is a contributor to the Chambers Environmental Law Global Practice Guide. In addition, he is a guest lecturer on Administrative Law teaching at Leiden University and at the Law Firm School.
