Sebastiaan is specialized in Dutch and international tax matters with a focus on US multinationals active in the energy and tech sectors. He has broad experience in advising clients on cross-border restructurings, M&A, financing and holding structures and other corporate tax related matters. Sebastiaan also frequently advises on EU and OECD tax developments, including Pillar 2. He is a member of our Participation exemption knowledge group.

Sebastiaan is a member of our US region team. In 2023 and 2024, Sebastiaan was seconded to our New York office as well as to an American law firm in their offices in Boston, Silicon Valley and San Francisco where he advised US clients on their European matters.
