Boyd Wolffers, attorney-at-law and tax advisor, is a member of the competition and regulatory practice group in our Amsterdam office. He is an expert in European (tax) law, competition law (cartel prohibition, merger control, abuse of dominance, and (fiscal) state aid law) and tech law.
Boyd Wolffers specialises in European (tax) law and competition law. He advises and represents clients in court and before the authorities on matters such as competition law, state aid law, EU market law and energy. He has published various articles on state aid law. His other areas of expertise include tech law and foreign direct investment screening (FDI). Because he used to work in the Investment Management practise group as both attorney-at-law and tax advisor, he also has broad experience in the field of investment funds and real estate funds.
Boyd is a member of the Digital Economy Team, the Competition Litigation Team, the Energy Team, and the Healthcare Team.
