Michael is a partner specialising in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and distressed debt restructurings. His practice has a particular focus on US and UK based clients (private equity firms and multinationals).
Michael is dual qualified in both England & Wales (Solicitor) and Luxembourg (Avocat à la Cour).
Michael lectured at the University of Trier, Germany for six years in the Foreign Law Faculty and continues to be involved in both the University and our firm's education programmes.
