Pjotr Heemskerk, attorney at law, is a member of the Litigation & Risk Management Practice Group in our Rotterdam office. He specialises in advising, litigating and negotiating with respect to commercial contracts, intellectual property, licenses, e-commerce and new technologies.
Prior to working in the Litigation & Risk Management practice group, Pjotr has worked in the field of corporate law and banking and finance. Pjotr uses that background and understanding to support and enhance his current focus, which is especially helpful when negotiating and litigating over the various topics that commercial contracts may cover. Pjotr regularly teaches on legal subjects relating to his practice. Pjotr also uses a part of his time to assist not for profit organisations with matters within his field of expertise.
