He specialises in disputes with the tax authorities concerning wage tax and social security issues and if necessary contest tax claims in court. His focus is on tax chain liability, director's tax liability and the tax implications regarding the use of management agreements and freelance contracts.
Ralph is a member of the editorial staff of 'Rechtspraak Sociale Verzekeringen'.
Ralph is co-author of the book 'Building in the Netherlands’. This publication is intended to be a handy overview of the most important legal and tax facets of and for Dutch building and development practice. The publication is the result of a joint effort made by various Loyens & Loeff attorneys-at-law, tax advisers and civil law notaries in different disciplines, who pooled together their expertise and experience. He is also co-author of the book "Manual compliance in healthcare" and is a standard work for everyone involved in healthcare compliance such as hospital directors.
