Roland W. de Vlam, attorney at law, is a counsel of the Energy & Infrastructure practice group in our offices in the Netherlands.
He represents his clients in administrative and civil litigation, in proceedings before the Dutch energy regulator, ACM, and in legislative processes. He furthermore advises market parties on regulatory aspects of energy related transactions and projects. His engagements include renewable and conventional production, transmission and (smart) distribution, storage and energy efficiency; all with respect to gas, power, heat and (drinking) water.
Roland is continuously recognised in Chambers, L500 and WWL (since 2011).
