Rosalie Tielens, attorney at law, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group in our Amsterdam office. She focuses on capital markets transactions and supervision of the financial markets.
Rosalie specialises in the laws and regulations regarding the supervision of financial undertakings and financial markets. In that context, she frequently advises and litigates various financial undertakings including insurers, banks and financial service providers. Her expertise include assisting in legal and administrative proceedings, advising on ongoing compliance matters, drafting and assisting in M&A transactions and license applications involving financial undertakings and financial markets.
Rosalie is part of the firm wide focus group on ESG and DORA. In 2023, she was seconded for three months to a Dutch credit provider. In 2023, she was based in the Loyens & Loeff’s Brussels office for two months.
