Sjoerd Pennink is specialises in commercial and class action litigation. He advises and represents clients inside and outside of court.
In recent matters Sjoerd represented:
- a Dutch pension fund in a dispute over a €100 million real estate development project;
- the former CEO of Airbus SE in a Dutch class action regarding shareholders’ claims; and
- advised clients on ESG related matters, such as the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and greenwashing.
Before joining the Litigation & Risk Management practice group, Sjoerd was a member of the Real Estate practice group where he advised clients on commercial real estate transactions, acquisition of (real estate) companies and turnkey projects.
