On Thursday 23 November 2023, following a lengthy drafting, public consultation and revision process, the long-awaited proposal for the Collective Heat Act was submitted by the Dutch Council of State for official advice.

What might new forms of cooperation under the 'Dutch Collective Heat Act' look like? What will the governance of likely new collaborations look like? And how do we ensure support, knowledge, realisation power and capital in these collaborations?

During our seminar, we will discuss the latest proposal of the 'Dutch Collective Heat Act' and especially the way forward from this point onwards, from a legal, financing and investment perspective, followed by a panel discussion with various concerned stakeholders from the public and private domain.
