Taking UK based participants through the launching and marketing process of a Luxembourg alternative investment fund (AIF).
This course puts ample focus on launching practicalities and interactions between the sponsor, lawyers and fund service providers.
After this training participants will be better suited to participate in a Luxembourg AIF launch and interact with Luxembourg counsel and fund service providers.
Audience
This four hour training is directed to UK based:
- Funds professionals, in particular legal counsels and investor relations team members) and;
- Fund formation lawyers, involved in the formation and distribution of Luxembourg fund products.
The content of the training is calibrated to lawyers with some 2-5 years of professional experience and fund professionals with some 4-7 years of professional experience.

- Onboarding service providers, the Host AIFM, Depositary, Administrators and domiciliation agents.

- First closing, board meetings and opinions.
