This year we will explore EU legislations and proposals and their impact for the real estate sector. Topics will include the sanctions and trade restrictions targeted at Russia, Belarus and the non-government controlled areas of Donetsk and Luhansk in Ukraine, and the measures behind the (soon) famous acronyms ATAD 3, DEBRA and ESG.
