We assisted Agro Care, in collaboration with Nielen Schuman, as legal counsel on the financing obtained to realign the group’s capital structure following its strategic merger with CombiVliet and to support future growth. With these facilities in place, Agro Care now has a future-proof capital structure to continue executing its growth strategy and strengthening its leading position as tomato producer in the European market.
We have assisted the newly formed group with the refinancing of their existing debt and the financing of working capital and future investments. We acted as lead counsel and advised Agro Care on deal structuring, term sheet and the negotiation of long form documentation.
