Loyens & Loeff as lead advisor to the deal
Loyens & Loeff has advised AG Heylen Energy & Belfius on all aspects of the project financed transaction as counsel to the deal. It was involved from the very outset on structuring and advising on the Dutch SDE+ subsidy mechanism, on to drafting EPC & O&M Agreements, notarial title deeds, a full due diligence report, to conclude on the project finance facility agreement, the related finance documentation and legal opinions.
