Apax Partners to acquire Odin Groep from Fortino Capital
We advised Apax Partners SAS, a France-based leading private equity firm in Europe, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Odin Groep. Odin is a Netherlands-based group that specialises in IT solutions, cloud hosting, security, managed services, and consultancy, with a turnover of about 140 million in 2021.
