Appointment of Bastiaan Kemp as a member of the Joint Committee for Corporate Law

Through this committee, the KNB and the NOvA work together to keep track of Dutch and European legal developments in corporate law and financial law. On behalf of both professional bodies, the GCV publishes advisory papers on legislative proposals to various ministries and the Dutch parliament. The committee is comprised of twelve members, including lawyers and civil-law notaries.
