Audrey, who started her career as a junior lawyer with Loyens & Loeff, has more than 15 years of experience as a banking and finance lawyer in Luxembourg and is now joining us from another Benelux law firm. She will add more strength to the firm’s already robust Luxembourg banking and finance team consisting of 22 lawyers.
Audrey brings extensive experience in advising credit funds, institutional investors, private equity funds and portfolio companies in a wide range of cross-border and domestic secured lending deals including direct loans, leveraged buyouts and bank/bond structures.
Anne-Marie Nicolas, head of the Luxembourg Banking & Finance practice, says: “Audrey’s extensive cross-border and local banking and finance experience as well as her market knowledge is perfectly aligned with our existing practice and will strengthen our offering for the entire capital structure in the most complex finance transactions. She will greatly complement our growing practice and I am delighted she will be joining our team.”
Audrey explains her return to her debuts’ law firm: “I joined Loyens more than a decade ago as a junior, eager to learn and grow in such a dynamic and multi-cultural environment. Today, I am looking forward to further reinforce the practice that launched my career and its excellent team. I am also very much excited to be able to serve clients as part of such great firm which is driven by a well-known entrepreneurial spirit.”
