In 2018, Avignon Capital recognised the demand from business travelers visiting the various parliamentary buildings and international organisations in The Hague. Seizing this opportunity, Avignon acquired a prime commercial office building located directly across from the Dutch National Parliament. The historic building was converted into a 101-key serviced apartment hotel in 2018 and has since been operated by the Borealis Group under the globally recognised Staybridge Suites brand. The hotel features 101 spacious rooms and boasts an array of amenities, including a gym, lounge, meeting rooms, a laundry room, a restaurant, and 37 underground parking spaces.
