Christine advises clients in finance transactions including acquisition financing, asset financing, real estate financing, debt issuances and securitisations. Her clients include banks, financial institutions, large corporates and investors. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Christine worked at another leading Swiss law firm as well as in the London office of a large international law firm.
