We are currently advising Belfius Bank on the financing of a 16 MW onshore wind farm in Ciney, Belgium. The wind farm is to be constructed, operated, managed and maintained by Elawan Salazine SA.

Our team’s role includes:

  • due diligence on permits, subsidies, project documents and real estate projects
  • review of energy contracts, including two turbine supply agreements, a power purchase agreement and maintenance and service contracts
  • drafting the financing documentation.
