We want to congratulate Bencis on the closing of this Bencis IV Continuation Fund! We take pride in our meaningful contribution to the formation of this continuation fund for four portfolio companies with additional commitment for expansion and growth. Additionally, our M&A team took a leading role advising Bencis in the structuring and transfer of four portfolio companies from Bencis’ existing funds to the continuation fund.
