In collaboration with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and local counsels across Europe, Loyens & Loeff’s Real Estate and Finance teams have advised Blackstone on the acquisition of a 80% stake in the 1.2 billion European logistics fund managed by Johannesburg-listed landlord Burstone.
The portfolio consists of properties in several countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
