BPD acquires Snippe Projecten's remaining 50% stake in the Hyde Park Hoofddorp joint venture. With this acquisition, BPD now fully owns this significant urban development in Hoofddorp. While financial details have not been disclosed, BPD initially acquired a 50% stake in Hyde Park in 2020. Since then, the two companies have developed and are currently building over 1,600 homes. BPD plans to develop approximately 1,500 additional homes in the coming years to complete the Hyde Park project.
