On 17 September 2024 (Budget Day 2024), the Dutch Ministry of Finance submitted the 2025 Dutch Budget to parliament. This budget contains various tax proposals relevant to family-owned businesses and their shareholders. We have listed this for you. We would also like to inform you about a number of other tax developments.
Please be informed that the various parts of the 2025 Dutch Budget can still change during the parliamentary debate. Given the special status of the current Schoof Cabinet (extra-parliamentary cabinet), more changes may be made during the parliamentary proceedings this year than in previous years.
