This will make ELP become CBRE Investment Management’s « flag ship » logistic real estate fund with currently over EUR 2.7 billion AUM in 9 investment jurisdictions which is envisaged to increase to 14 investment jurisdictions during the coming years.

For this project Loyens & Loeff served as CBRE IM’s lead counsel for all tax advisory work and coordinated with local counsel in the 14 current and envisaged investment jurisdictions on behalf of CBRE IM.
