Chint Solar Europe is active in the development, financing, realization and operation of solar parks and is committed to contribute to a successful energy transition in Europe. As it currently stands, Chint Solar has completed 16 solar parks across Europe with an aggregate capacity of over 500 MWp and provides approximately 240,000 households with green electricity. With the acquisition from IX Zon, Chint Solar adds over 50 MWp - equivalent to approximately 15,000 households – to its European portfolio.

The transaction is another example of our Energy & Infrastructure practice group’s involvement and expertise in the renewable energy market.
