We are proud to have advised Chint Solar as both legal and tax counsel on the sale of a portfolio of ground-mounted solar parks across the Netherlands to CEE Group.

Chint Solar will act as the technical operator for the first two operational years of the solar parks, after which CEE Group will assume that role. The commissioning of the solar parks is planned for the period May to September 2023.

This transaction is another example of our Energy & Infrastructure practice group’s continued involvement and expertise in the renewable energy market.
