A team of Loyens & Loeff advised DHG on the sale and leaseback agreement with VBI Koudekerk for a 17-hectare plot of land with structures in Koudekerk aan den Rijn.
Through the sale and leaseback and development in Koudekerk, VBI can vacate another site on the Maaskade in Oss, which site is owned by DHG. VBI's departure from Oss in the course of 2024 will allow DHG to realise over 70,000 m² of logistics according to the SMARTLOG concept at this location.
