Dutch parliament adopts the Budget Day 2023 tax plans (in amended form)

On 26 October 2023, the Dutch Second Chamber of Parliament adopted the tax plans published by the Dutch Ministry of Finance on 19 September 2023 (Tax Plans 2024). In addition, several amendments have been adopted. We highlight the most relevant changes to the Tax Plans 2024 for family owned businesses and their shareholders.
