We advised Singapore-based real estate investment company First Sponsor Group Limited (First Sponsor) and co-investors as legal and tax counsel on the acquisition of Rotali B.V. (entitled to the property ‘Allianz Tower’ located at Coolsingel 120 in Rotterdam). We also served as civil law notary on this transaction.
