The Zonnemarkt Groep is active in the sale and installation of solar panels in the consumer market in the Netherlands, performing five thousand installations a year.

The aim of the acquisition is to grow the Zonnemarkt Groep into a top-three player in the Benelux renewable energy sector. The acquisition of the Zonnemarkt Groep brings the turnover of Green and Durable Group to around €250m. Green & Durable Group aims to grow into a pan-European player with a €500m turnover in the coming years.

This transaction is another example of our Energy & Infrastructure practice group’s involvement and expertise in the solar market.
