Instructure, Inc. acquires Eesysoft Software International B.V.

Loyens & Loeff advised Instructure, Inc. on the acquisition of EesySoft. Instructure, which owns the Canvas LMS, has acquired all shares in its long-time partner EesySoft, for an undisclosed amount. EesySoft will be rebranded as “Impact by Instructure”, with solutions to help institutions adopt new tools and evaluate their impact on student engagement and outcomes.
