Our International Arbitration team has established a unique top-tier practice in the BeNeLux region and Switzerland, complemented by its ability to leverage its arbitration capabilities across the firm’s international offices including London, New York, Paris and Tokyo. In recent years, our team has been involved in many of the most high-profile enforcement proceedings before the national courts of our four home markets. We are one of the few firms to provide these services at a cross-border level, providing Europe-wide advisory and counsel work, and enforcement strategies.
