Loyens & Loeff advised Touchcorp Limited, an Australian software development and financial services provider, on all legal and regulatory approvals required to set up their operations in Switzerland for the launch of the “Change Up” app.
Through the Change Up app consumers can upload change they receive at more than 1.000 K Kiosks, Press & Books and selected Avec outlets on their app instead of accepting the coins. This change can then be used later to purchase items in one of the stores, saved or donated to Save the Children or Swiss Red Cross.
