We assisted Les Mousquetaires with all the corporate law aspects of the reinsurance company’s acquisition, including negotiation, signing of the share purchase agreement and closing of the transaction.

We also advised the French retailer on the merger-related aspects of the transaction, notably the preparation of the reorganisation to follow in Q1 2024, as the recently acquired company will be integrated in the existing setup.
