The landscape of Arnhems Buiten is a protected national monument of approximately 16 hectares. The area contains twenty buildings, six of which have monumental status. In total, about 20,000 square metres of space is available. The purchasers will further develop the Arnhems Buiten site into a hotspot for business and talent. Loyens & Loeff acted as tax counsel, providing tax structuring advice and transactional tax assistance in relation to the disposal.
