Loyens & Loeff advised a consortium of AM, AT Capital and Cairn Real Estate on the sale and transfer to de Alliantie, a large housing corporation, of several plots of land in the Bajes Kwartier area for the development and realisation of social housing units.

The Bajes Kwartier area, which is a new district created on a former prison, shall count approx. 1,350 housing units, together with other functions as retail, offices, leasure and cultural area.
