Loyens & Loeff advised private equity firm Astorg Partners and the other selling shareholders of M7 Group as Dutch and Luxembourg legal and tax counsel, in connection with the sale of 100 per cent of M7 Group a company engaged in providing satellite television services for consumers and business customers to Groupe CANAL+, a subsidiary of the Vivendi group.
