Cellularline is a European leader in the smartphone and tablet accessories industry founded in 1990 and listed on the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana). The acquisition allows Cellularline to continuously pursue its growth strategy through offering a more extensive product portfolio (including patented products) and complementary international trademarks.
Loyens & Loeff advised Cellularline on all Swiss legal aspects of the transaction.
