European based EMS company Connect Group has acquired IKOR Group, a group based in Spain, Mexico and China that designs and manufactures electronic circuits (EMS) for technology companies. With the acquisition of IKOR, Connect Group will significantly expand its portfolio and geographical reach, extending its global presence across Europe, the Americas and Asia.

We assisted Connect Group NV, an international group with its head offices in Belgium, which is a leader in the supply of technology, total system assembly, PCB and cable assembly for the professional industry, with the acquisition of the IKOR Group of Spain, Mexico and China, which is a developer and manufacturer of electronic circuits (EMS).
