Under this cross-border programme, a Luxembourg securitisation fund issues notes which are backed by trade receivables (relating to diamonds) originated by various entities from the Diarough Group. The programme has several innovative features. The Loyens & Loeff team assisted with all Luxembourg and Belgian related aspects, including the establishment of the securitisation fund, the structuring of the transaction and the preparation of the relevant transaction documents.
