Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg S.à r.l. advised IK Investment Partners S.à r.l., a leading Pan-European private equity firm, on Luxembourg regulatory and legal aspects of the setting up, structuring, financing and closing of its ninth Mid Cap fund, the IK IX Fund, the largest fund the firm ever raised. The team also advised on the implementation of a master multi-currency equity bridge facilities and a management line related to the IK IX Fund. With an initial target of commitments amounting to EUR 2.5 billion, the mid-market firm eventually reached the fund hard cap of EUR 2.85 billion.
