Loyens & Loeff advised on a $2.5 billion financing public-to-private bid

We teamed up with lead counsel Paul Hastings London in advising Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Credit Suisse and Citibank as arrangers and underwriters, in relation to a £2.5 billion 1st/2nd lien financing for U.S. private equity firm Advent International’s public-to-private bid to acquire Cobham plc, a UK aerospace and defence supplier. The deal was valued at about £4 billion.
