The International Tax Review (ITR) has held its Annual Tax Awards ceremony last night in London. In addition to the ITR rankings that were published at the end of August, ITR has presented Loyens & Loeff as the winner of:

  • Belgium Tax Firm of the Year
  • Luxembourg Tax Firm of the Year
  • Netherlands Tax Firm of the Year
  • Switzerland Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year

In addition, we won the Impact Deal of the Year award for our work on the Aker BP merger with Lundin Energy's E&P business.

To win across these categories and jurisdictions demonstrates the scope of our firm’s tax expertise in our home markets. We are very pleased with these awards as they contribute to our ambition to be leading in law & tax.    

ITR gives these awards to firms, individual private practitioners and businesses for the most innovative and challenging tax work in Europe over the past year.
