The Loyens & Loeff’s International Arbitration team has established a unique top-tier practice in the BeNeLux region and in Switzerland, in addition to being able to deploy its arbitration capabilities throughout its other offices worldwide (London, New York, Paris, Hong-Kong, Singapore and Tokyo). In recent years, our team acted in many of the most high-profile enforcement proceedings before the national courts of our home markets (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Switzerland). We are one of the few firms to provide those services at a cross-border level, offering Europe-wide advisory work, counsel work and enforcement strategies.
