The World Port Center is a multi-tenant office tower located on the Kop van Zuid in Rotterdam and consists of approx. 35,500 sq. m. office space. Major tenants are the Port of Rotterdam and the National Police. The World Port Center has been refurbished recently and awarded a BREEAM Excellent and a WELL Gold certificate.
